They are very professional and have a very clean establishment. I like how personable they are. They first offer us something to drink and are accommodating! I want to Sing out loud and share the love I have for everone at Sing Orthodontist! From the moment you step inside Megan is there, with the biggest smile and warmest welcome, making you feel at home. Once I sit in the patients chair, I know I am in good hands with Melanie and or Nikki who, have taken the time to look into my eyes and mouth and take care of my needs. Their knowledge and expertise comforts me every visit. Then there's Dr. Sing, from day one, she has always made me feel like I am the only one in the room and I am important. We had our first consultation today, and are all prepped for my son to get his braces. What an exceptional experience! Friendly, welcoming team, extremely explanatory... We understand every single step of everything that's going to happen. Timeline to completion, and transparency and pricing. My son and I both really enjoyed being there. The entire staff is so amazing. We visited other practices and never felt as comfortable and as informed as we did/do with Sing Orthodontics.

Loved the warm welcome from the onset! Brad is who we worked with and made it so easy and comfortable. Seriously, like chatting with an old friend. Explained everything very clearly and what we should expect for a treatment plan. Give them a try, I think you'll like them!

I have had two kids go through treatment with Sing Orthodontics, and love them. Doctor Singh and her team are the best! My older kid had a severe underbite and started treatment at age 5, and is now 17 with a gorgeous smile. Very glad we chose Sing Orthodontics for the family. My daughter got invisalign and the entire staff was super friendly and made sure we had every answer to any concerns or questions. They followed CDC protocol and probably took a few extra steps on their own to make sure everyone was safe and everything was clean. I don't think I could have been more impressed with our experiences with this office and staff.

Let me start by saying that my daughter and I are beyond pleased with our vist! 😁 From the moment we pulled up, the doctor himself came out to greet and walk us inside to his office. Brad was very thorough about everything. He broke everything down and explained to where even my daughter understood. You can tell that their patients mean a lot to them. I'm so grateful for the payment options, which he explained every detail. My daughter expressed how comfortable and happy she was about how great of an experience it had been. She loved that she got ice cream afterwards too. 😋 I can go on and on. I'm completely wowed!! The whole staff was amazing and I'm glad that I was referred to this office and will highly recommend to anyone needing braces. Again, thank you so much!!! ❤

I am writing this review to say thank you so much to Dr. Sing and her staff at Sing Orthodontics in Round Rock. I was in the office on Wednesday with my daughter Savannah as we prepared to get her bottom braces put on. Savannah was very nervous and anxious on this day, but be had the best medicine for that which was Alyssa! Her very calm and smooth nature reassured Savannah that everything was A ok:). Thank you Alyssa:) and to All the staff at Dr. Sing in Round Rock.

There is no exaggeration that everyone here is just so nice and helpful. They truly are. They know how to talk to my child to prepare her and make her feel comfortable. The new Dr. even helped us save some money and did some quick fixes! I definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Singh fixed my teeth when I was a kid and my parents and I loved her. Returning to her as an adult was a great experience she is still amazing and her team is so caring and thoughtful. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else better than them to care for my teeth.

I can say with true sincerity that Dr. Singh is the best orthodontist in the business. She is ALWAYS kind and sincere. She is never rushed and never makes you feel like a number. She is a true blessing! I have complete confidence in her ability to treat patients with the most up to date technology. Her staff is very on top of cleanliness and especially diligent with the Covid-19 sterilization protocol.
When you go, I hope you get Josh as your treatment specialist. He is amazing and explains things super thoroughly. I felt at ease with his care, knowledge and competency. He certainly knows orthodontics.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get my broken permanent retainer fixed. The technician left so much glue on my teeth that I couldn't even get floss through and my bite was off. Had to go back twice the same day. Next day my bite was still off and another technician worked on it and she stated that the other side of the permanent retainer was broken as well, which was odd that the previous tech and the Dr did not notice the day before. To make a VERY long story short. A few days later I noticed my teeth feeling sore and I saw that my front teeth had shifted. The shifting happened because the permanent retainer replacement was not placed correctly. I was VERY upset. I went in with perfectly straight teeth and ended up with the reverse. Dr offered to fix the issue.I asked to have the permanent retainer removed after that happened. I had 2 option either an in office retainer (75%) or invisalign (90%) fix. I decided to go with invisalign express (WHICH I HAD TO PAY). Once I was on my last tray I was not happy with the look. I shared my concerns with Dr Sing. She then showed me the simulated invisalign treatment and I noticed that she shifted a tooth that did NOT need to be corrected. I asked her why she moved a tooth WITHOUT discussing with me first? She replied she thought I wanted the gap closed. (THERE WAS NO GAP). After the treatment I received a retainer which I had issues with also.
I had to mention the unsatisfactory retainer. So here I go again back to the office feeling very uncomfortable. I will shorten my experience because it is just too much to write . There is much more that happened in between. My point with this is, do not go there unless you want your teeth to look worse. I am still not happy with the outcome. She did what she thought was good without consulting with me. My teeth are still not like they were the first day I walked into Sing Orthodontics. I even had to PAY for a mistake they made; not only emotionally but also financially. I still needed a second retainer (and it was their responsibility to repair the mistake they made), so I called to schedule yet another appointment, despite how uncomfortable the situation was. The receptionist told me I needed to call the CEO to schedule appointments. I asked why, and I was told because of COVID-19 we have to go through him. That didn't even sound right. I called him to verify and he didn't know anything about that process. When he found out who I was, he stated that unless I paid my balance, (which I just found out a few weeks ago that I had a balance and it's now PAID) they would not see me; another very professional approach by Sing Orthodontics. Here's a little irony for you in this whole story; My husband had invisalign express treatment as well. It was a 6 month treatment and they ATTEMPTED to charge our insurance for a 12 month treatment; WHAT A LIE!! We had to deal with the CEO JIM USDAN who was very rude. My husband called them out on it, and MIRACULOUSLY it went from him owing them $460 to them owing HIM a $40 credit. Again my story is way longer and more to it then I am writing. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Everyone at Sing Orthodontics is just amazing. My 8yo daughter freaked out during her first visit & wouldn’t let anyone near her. Everyone was so supportive and patient! My daughter took a particular shine to Laura and requests her each visit. The other technicians are so kind about it, remaining friendly and positive. Today we are 5 months into treatment and my daughter is now so comfortable at Dr. Singh’s office that getting her braces on only took an hour. It probably could have gone quicker but my daughter kept giggling and wanted to check the mirror every few minutes. Both Laura and Dr. Singh are so patient with all of my daughters questions. They do an amazing job of explaining what’s happening, why, and what to expect. We love Sing Orthodontics!!

My daughter LOVES going to her Sing orthodontics appointment! She gets upset when we can’t make one. What we love about Sing is how we are welcomed with warm smiles and hugs. The team is happy and so welcoming. You can tell from Dr. Sing is a great leader and takes care of her people. Our favorite is Joshua Moye! You can tell he has integrity and he cares about his patients. But in all we love the team and Highly recommend this practice highly recommend this practice.
