Sing Monitoring
Sing Monitoring is a smartphone app that will allow our patients to be monitored on a weekly basis. All current patients will receive an email with instructions on use.
Depending on treatment, patients will receive equipment to assist in scanning images: braces patients will receive check retractors, Invisalign® patients will receive check retractors as well as a scan box.
Sing Monitoring will give our patients the best in-home monitoring system during the pandemic, and we will continue using DM to monitor patient progress after the pandemic to streamline appointments.
How does it work?
1. Take scans of your smile from anywhere!
Your personalized DM app is a new connection to your Doctor. Your ScanBox will help you take scans of your smile in two minutes. This will provide all your ongoing treatment to your doctor from anywhere. You’re next appointment could even be taken from the beach! Easy, isn’t it?
2. Your doctor receives scan feedback
Your Doctor receives regular notifications on your treatment as a result of your scans. You will receive treatment updates and advice in the DM in-App messaging system. Your doctor has the ability to connect to you whenever it is necessary, without having to ask you to book an appointment! If you have any questions regarding your treatment feel free to message in the application 24/7.
3. Check how your smile is changing!
The unique photo morphing technology is available on your app so you can watch how your teeth are moving. Your progress is updated every time you take new scans. How cool is that?

Take your app with you anywhere . Your treatment keeps progressing as your doctor monitors your smile without having to ask for more in-office appointments. Committing to full time wear allows us the opportunity for faster results. We can switch from 7 day aligner replacement to 5 days. This can reduce treatment time by 30% if all instructions are followed.
Oral Health Monitoring
Every scan is reviewed for any oral health concerns. This can include brushing habits, flossing, gum recession, and swelling. If any areas need improvement, we are able to virtually communicate via the application.

Your personal information is a priority for your doctor and Sing Monitoring. We use state-of-the-art technology that protects your data. Have a question? Patients are able to ask questions via the application.
