When to See an Orthodontist in Sunset Valley

We started treatment at Sing Ortho about a year ago. Dr Hertzberg was my 15 yr old son’s orthodontist until recently... when the docs switched locations and he is now Dr Romero’s patient. My son did Invisalign treatment without issue. Dr H’s chair side manner is personable and kind. He gives me all the info about treatment and he has an eye for perfection. We’ve reached the last of the Invisalign trays so my son is now in retainers and sees Dr Romero who we like just as well. My son is 15 so he really has no preference to anything, but as a parent I do notice and appreciate the professionalism and quality of care the doctors and staff provide. From Rob to the front and back staff, they have all been wonderful- always smiling when they greet you, offering drinks, bringing us back promptly and easy scheduling, it all makes for a great ortho visit.read more

I am very pleased with Sing Orthodontics! It was my youngest daughter time to get braces and I decided to try this... office. I am so glad I did. This office is hands down the best compared to other Orthodontics office I have dealt with in the past. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walk in the door. Arianna at the front desk always has a smile and makes scheduling very easy. I love how she always asks if I need a school note because I always forget. My daughter says she prefers when the assistant Brittaney does her braces. Because Brittaney is nice to her and talks to her or ask her questions about her braces. That she likes how careful she is when switching out her brackets or wires. That they never irritate her after her visit. If you need a place to get braces I highly recommend this office.read more

I had such a wonderful experience at this Sunset Valley location! To give some context for this review, I had braces... way back in 2013 or so and went to the Gattis School Road location at the time and always received impeccable service! I came back for this particular visit to have my permanent retainer repaired after some glue came off. The staff welcomed me with GENUINE smiles and care when I walked in, and the technician who helped me, Melanie, was an absolute sweetheart. Her and Dr. Harris (I think was his name - sorry if I got that wrong!) were so detailed and meticulous to be sure my retainer had the best chances of staying on long term. Now that I live in San Antonio, the Gattis School Rd location is a bit far, so I will definitely return to this Sunset Valley location if there is ever a need to do so in the future. Dr. Hertzberg at Sing Orthodontics was highly recommended by our general dentist for orthodontic treatment for our son.... We have had a wonderful experience with them. Everybody in the office is always nice and warm. Our son loves all the extras including the ice cream! Most importantly, the level of care and service they provide far exceeded our expectations. For example, when we had an urgent issue over the weekend, there was a way to reach them and they got back to us quickly to resolve the issue. They explain the reasoning behind everything being done. In addition, our son goes and leaves there happily. We highly recommend this office and Dr. Hertzberg to anyone in need of orthodontic care.read more

My experience from the beginning was fine. I originally got invisalign when it was Invisibly Aligned. I was told I... would get 5 retainers when signing my contract. When the end of my treatment came around, I was told differently. There has been so much confusion that it’s getting frustrating at this point to get what I paid and signed for. Other than that, my experience was okay. I feel that they didn’t care too much about my thoughts after my final trays.read more

I did invisalign to fix my bite/alignment and uncrowd posterior and lower teeth for better maintenance. Results came... out better than expected. Improved overall function and reduced some pain associated with night grinding. The process is easy and the app you use to do weekly updates is convenient. If you have questions or concerns you can ask the via the app and replies are answered promptly. Staff and dentists are helpful. They have top of the line technology to scan and get your trays made perfectly for your teeth. I think the cost benefit is outstanding and highly recommend.read more

I started my braces here about 6 months ago and this has been the best experience! Everyone is so friendly,... knowledgeable and they all remember my name every time I come in. They are also very good about scheduling and respecting your time. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby for my appointment time, which is a big deal. I love “Sing Orthodontics” because every orthodontic person is entertaining to me, even while they are focused on doing... their job.My teeth were badly overlapping, when I started. Now, I’m about halfway through and my teeth are almost super-straight.I get to choose colorful bands, to go on my brackets...if I want them. Dr. Dillingham and his ENTIRE staff are nothing short of AMAZING! They were always so beyond sweet and helpful and made... sure my needs and wants were met.
